Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://usedappleworld.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Used Apple World reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Used Apple World markets and arranges Apple Phone Repair, iPad Repair, Mac Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Used Apple World and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Used Apple World may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Used Apple World makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will Used Apple World's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Used Apple World from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
